Made from a polypropylene core (PP) and covered with an anti-slip topskin, BaseAir is an appropriate solution for last-mile delivery, mobility vehicles, and utility fleets. Because of it’s non-rigid structure BaseAir may be susceptible to damage from heavyweight freight or extensive overuse. Appropriate for low impact applications.

Recommended for low-impact jobs
BaseAir is made from a honeycomb, low-density structure. It’s not designed to withstand repeated use and abuse. As such, we recommend it for low-impact jobs such as last mile delivery or mobility.

C-Channel Aluminium Sills Included
Each BaseAir floor comes complete with an economy C-Channel Aluminium sill to complete the fit.
The sill works without the use of screws, glue or other adhesives. Simply line up the sill, slide it into place, and call it a day!
We classify our floors into three main categories: Good, Better, and Best.
BaseAir falls into our Better category. Being a rigid floor, BaseAir has superior protection properties to that of a rubber mat. However, BaseAir is not as robust as our StabiliGrip floor, and can fail in extreme wear-and-tear situations.
Yes, you can! Legend liners and floors are moisture and mildew-resistant, meaning they won’t rot or break down like a factory mat or plywood will over time with moisture. The surfaces are very easy to clean - we recommend using a cloth and water. Hear this upfitter talk about washability of Legend products and watch this technician clean the walls and comment how nice they are to clean.
